Data deletion instructions

For the Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts you connect, Panaryus stores access tokens, account details and the posts you approve. To have this data deleted, use one of the options below.

1. Disconnect the account in Panaryus

Sign in to Panaryus, open the Channels page and remove the Facebook Page or Instagram account. Once it is disconnected, that account's access tokens are no longer used.

2. Remove the Panaryus app in your Facebook settings

On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select Panaryus and click Remove. Meta sends us a data deletion request and gives you a confirmation code. You can use this code to track the status of your request.

3. Contact us

You can also request deletion of your account and related data by emailing Panaryus@gmail.com.

How your request is handled

Our team reviews every deletion request and deletes the related data after confirming the request is yours. The status appears on the status page for your confirmation code. Records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices) are kept for the period the law requires.
